High Power LED Components
For High Power LED, we have produced mass of 0.5W / 1W / 3W / 5W / 10W / 20W / 30W / 50W / 100W series, available in white, warm white, red 625nm, yellow 590nm, green 525nm, blue 470nm of various colors and RGB full color. As the products have the features of low temperature and high emitting power output, the lifetime is superior.
Our manufacture process is keeping improved. We released and mass produced the 1W 125lm of high emitting efficiency this year. Besides, our 50W Hi-Power LED with 3735lm and 100W Hi-Power LED with 7200lm are the brightest in the LED field.
High Power 0.5W~5W LEDs
FEATURE:
For High Power LED, we have produced mass of 0.5W/1W/3W/5Wseries, they have the features of low temperature and high emitting power output, the lifetime is superior. Besides, there are various viewing angles, for instance, 120° for HPB8 series, 45° for HPD8 series and sidelight 80° for HPS8 series...etc. Please find as below picture.

High Power 10W~100W LEDs
FEATURE:
Our 50W and 100W LED contain benefits of small dimension (e.g. a 50W can replace 45pcs 1W LED; a 100W can replace 90pcs 1W LED), high emitting efficiency, high anti-ESD capability, low dissipation, long lifetime....and so forth. Also, our 10W, 20W, 30W, 50W and 100W LED is the brightest product in terms of LED fields.

High Power LED Module
In order to use Hi-Power LED conveniently, we have mass production with the light Bar of 15W/30W series. We also already developed 50W/100W module.

FEATURE:
The 50W and 100W Module that have cooper base, galvanized iron (white iron) cover and glass lens. Besides the light shape is modified to meet the demand of street lighting, the brightness is higher, the water proof ability is better and the outward appearance is firm and solid.

FEATURE:
The HI-POWER 15W, 30W Light Bar Module released can be used for indoor lighting, advertising lighting, desk lamp, emergency lighting, backlight, indirect lighting...etc for very good efficiency. This product has already stable and mass production!

Invisible LED
Our high quality IR emitter / Photodiode / Phototransistor / Reflector / IR receiver module have wavelengths of 770nm / 850nm / 875nm / 880nm / 940nm...etc. The receivable wavelength can be demarcated into visible-light area, invisible-light and full areas. The average lifetime is over 80,000 hours. Its performance contains high emitting efficiency, saturation light, steady electronics characteristics and of several precise viewing angles and high reliabilities. The Infrared emitting diode is mainly used on remote controller, automatic door detector, smoke detector, CCD adjutant illumination and so on. As eco-awareness has been highly concerned at present, we have developed the products which could be the replacement of CDS. The feature is to receive visible-light wavelength and leach visible-light wavelength. The products have good reputation from the domestic and international customers.

FEATURE:
We also produce IR Emitters/Phototransistors/Photodiodes/ Photo Reflector Module/ IR Receiver Module, the emitting wavelength includes 770nm/850nm/875nm/880nm/940nm...etc. The wavelength could be divided into visible area, infrared area and full area; the average lifetime could reach to over 80 thousands hours. Our products have high emitting efficiency, light saturation, stable electronic characteristics, accurate viewing angles and high reliable performances.

High Power IR LED
FEATURE:
Our High Power Infrared LED which the current could drive up to 500mA / 1000mA. With different encapsulation appearance, there will be viewing angle of 120°, 110°, 45, 25°...etc. As the products work with second lens (collimator), the viewing angle could become narrow to 60°, 45°, 30°, 25°, 15°, 10°, 8°and several different angles. The features of this product are low temperature, low voltage, low power dissipation, high output power, high respond, lifetime 80,000 hours and so forth. The product is especially suitable for CCTV illumination, CCD adjutant illumination...etc; they all result in well efficiency.

Extra Bright LED
We have produced massive LEDs for traffic light, outdoor advertising board and illumination application on EXTRA BRIGHT LEDs (EAWF—white, WY—yellow, HA—amber, EAGD—pure green, EBA—bluish green, EABD—blue, WOR—fresh red) with superior bright intensity and anti ESD. The products with better anti ESD we produced are mainly result in improvement of encapsulation technique. Huey Janns’ new products feature the anti ESD capability of more than 8000VDC! The products have good reputation from the domestic and international customers.
Lamp LED
FEATURE:
The EXTRA BRIGHT WHITE LED with high quality we massively produced have its major color temperatures of 8000°K for cold white, 6000°K for pure white and 3000°K for warm white. Work with our high precise encapsulation technique and high accurate calibration device used in the production process, analyze the lumion flux, color temperature and color coordinates of integrating sphere, the brightness and color could be the most precise and even. Low temperature, voltage, dissipation rate, well anti-ESD capability, high efficiency...etc are its excellent attributes. These products could be applied especially for high request of identical brightness and color for back light or illumination products and so forth. They all result in well efficiency for high request on brightness and color for illumination, back light products…etc.

Surface Mount LED
FEATURE:
Our mass production of Surface Mount LED. This product contains benefits of high emitting intensity, pretty high emitting output, well anti-ESD capability, low power dissipation, long life, and well/steady quality. It has great efficiency for applying on backlight.
